At Butter we believe great ideas can come from the most unlikely of places. If you'd like to submit an unsolicited proposal to us - please note - we review them on the basis that you have read and accepted the below terms:
i. You warrant the Proposal you have submitted is solely under your ownership;
ii. If the Proposal is based on or adapted from any other material, you have secured a written licence to use that material, or can provide evidence of how you are otherwise authorised, to use that material in this way;
iii. You acknowledge that Butter Media Pty Ltd (Butter) is continually creating new formats, concepts, stories and the like as well as receiving numerous submissions of ideas, formats, concepts, stories, suggestions and materials that may be similar to your Proposal. You understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use by Butter of any such similar material;
iv. By opting to send through your unsolicited submission, you agree to release Butter and each and every of its related entities, affiliates, associates, licensees and successors from any claims, whatsoever arising, from your Proposal;
v. You have read and understood the contents of these terms and confirm that no oral representations of any kind have been made to you & these terms contain our entire understanding with reference to the subject matter and the Proposal;
