Ingredients

  • 300g butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

    1/3 cup chives, finely chopped

  • 1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp tarragon, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp white pepper Ground

Method

  • Combine everything in a bowl.

  • Mix well and shape into a log - wrap tightly in cling film. 

    Allow to harden in the fridge.

  • Cook Steak

  • Slice into 1cm serves and melt on top of grilled steak
