Ingredients
300g butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup chives, finely chopped
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp tarragon, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp white pepper Ground
Method
Combine everything in a bowl.
Mix well and shape into a log - wrap tightly in cling film.
Allow to harden in the fridge.
Cook Steak
Slice into 1cm serves and melt on top of grilled steak
