Ingredients
625g packet of your favourite Ravioli
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
16-20 fresh sage leaves
1 fresh chilli
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Method
Cook ravioli according to package. Drain and set aside for later.
While the ravioli cooks, heat the butter in a large pan on medium-low heat till it foams. Then add in the onion, stirring for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add in the sage, turning up the heat to medium, cooking so the leaves become crisp, 1 - 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sage butter over the ravioli cooked earlier, mix gently. Add in ½ cup of parmesan and mix again.
Divide the ravioli among bowls and top with the rest of the parmesan.
